The Ford Fiesta Mk1.

Britain’s new supermini arrived just in time for a changing era. Compact, clever, and built to nip through tight city streets or cruise down the bypass, the Fiesta brought a fresh sense of freedom to a new generation of drivers.

In the days of space hoppers and Chopper bikes, the Fiesta was busy becoming Ford’s answer to the fuel-conscious '70s. Easy to park, fun to drive, and with a hatchback that actually made sense for modern life, it wasn’t just a car — it was a sign that the times were changing.

These illustrations are of the first real sporting variation of the Fiesta released 1980. A rare sight on the roads today.

Each colour combination has been created to represent the colours available with the two shades of body stripe.

Printed on 230 gsm archival matt paper (Frame not included).
